- 服務內容 — topup.anlander.com(「本服務」)為 b4travel、Alt、anlander x MB 及 color 品牌旅遊 SIM 提供自助數據增值。本服務由 anlander SOLUTIONS 提供。
- 資格 — 你必須持有以上品牌之有效 SIM 卡,並提供正確嘅 ICCID。增值只會加落你輸入嘅嗰張卡。
- 價錢及付款 — 所有價錢以港幣(HK$)標示,一次性收費,經 Stripe 安全處理。我哋唔會儲存你嘅信用卡資料。
- 啟用 — 付款成功後,數據計劃一般喺約 30 秒內自動加到你張卡。如超過 24 小時仍未生效,請聯絡我哋。
- 退款 — 由於數據計劃屬即時開通嘅數碼商品,成功加到卡上之後恕不退款。如因系統問題未能開通,我哋會安排重試或全額退款。
- 你嘅責任 — 請確保輸入正確嘅 ICCID 同揀啱品牌/目的地/計劃。因輸入錯誤導致增值到錯嘅卡,恕不負責。
- 服務變更 — 我哋可隨時調整支援品牌、目的地、計劃及價錢,恕不另行通知。
- 責任上限 — 在法律容許嘅最大範圍內,本服務就任何申索承擔嘅總責任,以你就相關訂單支付嘅金額為上限。
- 適用法律 — 本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄。

- Service — topup.anlander.com ("the Service") provides self-service data top-ups for b4travel, Alt, anlander x MB and color travel SIMs. The Service is provided by anlander SOLUTIONS.
- Eligibility — You must hold a valid SIM of a supported brand and provide its correct ICCID. Top-ups are applied only to the card you enter.
- Pricing and payment — All prices are in Hong Kong dollars (HK$), charged once, and processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.
- Activation — After successful payment your plan is normally added to the card within about 30 seconds. Contact us if it has not activated within 24 hours.
- Refunds — Data plans are digital goods activated instantly; once successfully added to a card they are non-refundable. If a system fault prevents activation we will retry or refund in full.
- Your responsibility — Make sure the ICCID, brand, destination and plan are correct. We are not liable for top-ups applied to a wrong card due to input errors.
- Changes — Supported brands, destinations, plans and prices may change without notice.
- Limitation of liability — To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
- Governing law — These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.
